Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ShiftDrop Pro application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ShiftDrop Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Subscriptions & Billing (RevenueCat)

ShiftDrop Pro offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions processed securely through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store / Google Play Store.

• Payment will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

3. Disclaimer of Financial, Tax & Fleet Advice

ShiftDrop Pro provides automated calculation tools for HMRC AMAP mileage, estimated tax liabilities, bank statement expense parsing, dispute evidence logs, and vehicle maintenance tracking (including MOT deadlines, insurance renewals, EV cost efficiency, and tyre pressures) for informational and record-keeping purposes only. We are not registered financial advisors, accountants, or DVLA compliance officers. You remain solely responsible for your own legal compliance, vehicle roadworthiness, maintenance, and HMRC tax filings.

4. Crowdsourced Doorstep Intel & User Contributions

The application allows drivers to view and contribute crowdsourced depot gate codes, access notes, and hazard warnings via a shared community database. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or up-to-date status of crowdsourced community intel. Drivers use access codes and navigate premises at their own discretion and risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShiftDrop Pro is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our app, GPS tracking errors, data loss, missed vehicle maintenance deadlines, third-party vault contributions, or third-party delivery dispute outcomes.
