• Location Data: Precise GPS coordinates collected during active shifts to calculate HMRC-compliant business mileage (AMAP calculations) and tag delivery dispute evidence.
• Device & Camera Data: Images of receipts, weekly agency statements, and delivery dispute evidence uploaded or captured via your device camera for our Statement OCR Parser and Vaults.
• Vehicle & Fleet Telemetry: Vehicle registration numbers, MOT expiry dates, insurance renewal milestones, service schedules, and tyre pressure telemetry entered in your Vehicle Garage.
• Crowdsourced Doorstep Intel: Postcodes, building names, gate access codes, and hazard notes contributed anonymously or via user accounts to our shared Supabase database.
• Subscription Data: In-app purchase and subscription statuses processed securely via RevenueCat and respective app stores.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide core courier operational tools, calculate HMRC mileage deductions and tax liabilities, track vehicle maintenance deadlines, store secure receipt and dispute shield records, power community doorstep gate intel, and manage your ShiftDrop Pro subscription tier.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols and stored securely via Supabase cloud infrastructure and encrypted local device storage compliant with UK data protection standards.
